Field Office Administrator – Scandinavia
At Siemens Healthineers, we support advanced cancer treatment technologies that help healthcare providers deliver life-saving patient care. As a Field Office Administrator (FOA) , you will be a key point of contact for customers, field service engineers, and internal teams across Scandinavia, helping to keep our service operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Working closely with the service team, you'll coordinate engineer schedules, manage customer requests, support spare parts orders, quotations and invoicing, while maintaining accurate records and supporting operational reporting.

This role can be based in Denmark, but we will consider applicants from Southern Sweden, offering flexibility to work from your home country while supporting customers and colleagues across the Scandinavian region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and the service team.
- Coordinate field service schedules and assign work to engineers.
- Manage service requests, ensuring cases are routed and resolved efficiently.
- Support spare parts orders, deliveries, returns, and purchase orders.
- Schedule preventative maintenance visits with customers.
- Prepare quotations and invoices for service work and spare parts.
- Maintain accurate service records and support KPI reporting.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ongoing projects.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in administration, service coordination, customer support, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent English plus at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP and/or Salesforce preferred).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently within a geographically dispersed team.
