P&G IT community is looking for a Data & Analytics Intern to join our Data team! This is your chance to work on exciting, global projects with some highly skilled and fun people.

Interns are expected to have 3 fundamental skills: Project Management (PM), Data Engineering (DE) and Data Analytics (DA). One of these skills should be your key strength, while the others should be developed to a sufficient level. In this role, you will be a crucial part of the project team, working to tackle real P&G business problems. We will provide you with all the necessary training and knowledge to perform well during your journey at P&G.

As a Data & Analytics Intern , you will gain hands-on experience across the entire data lifecycle. You'll contribute to ensuring data quality and availability, as well as extracting valuable insights to drive business decisions. This versatile role will allow you to explore and develop your skills in both data analytics and data management, preparing you for various career paths within the data domain.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Contribute to the full data lifecycle, from ensuring its integrity and accessibility to transforming it into actionable intelligence. This includes: Data Management: Supporting data domain ownership, maintaining data assets for relevance and accuracy, communicating changes to stakeholders, implementing data quality checks, utilizing SQL and NoSQL database systems to store and manage large datasets, collaborating on change management initiatives, and responding to business data requests.
- Data Analytics: Gathering, cleaning, and processing data from various sources; creating impactful analyses and visualizations to summarize data and identify key performance indicators (KPIs); conducting root cause and comparative analyses to identify trends and anomalies; developing statistical models to forecast future trends and behaviors; and providing actionable insights and recommendations for business optimizations.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive base salary 110 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

- The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)
- Final-year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
- Python and SQL programming skills
- Hands-on experience in writing clean and effective code
- Demonstrated strength in Project Management, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics, with sufficient understanding of the other two areas.
- Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

It would be good if you have:

- Knowledge and/or experience in using or building CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of SCRUM and DevOps methodologies.
- Previous experience with Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Azure) or business intelligence tools (KNIME, Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire).
- Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Informatics, Business Management or similar areas.
