As an Education AI Project Manager, you will drive impactful technology and AI initiatives within Education Information Solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with passionate caregivers and cross-functional teams, manage diverse AI and technology projects, and contribute to the advancement of digital solutions in Education.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexible start/end times)

After the new-hire period, caregivers may work a hybrid schedule with four days on-site and one day remote, with required on-site attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

- Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.
- Lead and manage multiple (10+) concurrent projects of varying scope and size related to technology and AI within Education.
- Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager III or IV and provide guidance and direction to project teams; may oversee team members executing project deliverables.
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepare and complete action plans.
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Resolve problems.
- Complete audits, identify trends, and analyze project variances to initiate corrective actions.
- Determine system improvements and implement changes, including recommending and implementing improvements to technology and AI project processes and workflows.
- Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, and scheduling expenditures.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members, stakeholders, and leadership, adapting to changing priorities.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects using project management methodologies, including PMBOK, Waterfall, Hybrid, and Kanban.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies for technology and AI projects.
- Communicate project status, expectations, and progress with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support citizen development initiatives and provide training related to AI enablement, including platforms such as Copilot, Azure, and LLMs.
- Participate in other technology-focused projects within the Education Information Solutions group.
- Utilize project management software, such as ClickUp or similar platforms, to track progress, manage tasks, and produce documentation.
- Analyze project variances, take corrective actions, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance value through AI and technology solutions in education.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects
- OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience
- OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience
- OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
- Effective relationship building skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

- Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Two or more years of experience in project management within technology, AI, or digital solutions
- Prior experience with citizen development platforms (e.g., Copilot, Azure), and LLMs
- Proficient in project management tools (ClickUp or similar platforms such as Asana, MS Project)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management competencies

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
