Job Description

We are looking for an Officer Payment Investigations to join our team in a 40–60% part-time role.

In this position, you will be a key point of contact for complex matters arising in day-to-day payment operations and you will work closely with teams across Europe and Asia.

- Investigate complex payment cases, respond to enquiries and handle complaints relating to outgoing payments.
- Review account closure instructions and coordinate the necessary steps with the relevant specialist teams to ensure they are carried out accurately and on time.
- Contribute insights from day-to-day operations to the ongoing development of payment processes.

- Strong team skills and a dependable approach to day-to-day collaboration
- An analytical, structured way of working and a keen eye for detail
