Join a team where complexity doesn't mean confusion but rather a deep dive into understanding, surfacing with clear options and recommendations.     About the Role:   The Senior Warehouse Associate is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting. This role ensures operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures, while providing guidance and support to other warehouse team members.     What You'll Do​
- Leverage experience to support team members with daily workload and provide guidance when needed.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Accurately pick customer orders using printed shipping lists or shipping requests.
- Prepare and pack orders using appropriate packaging materials (boxes, envelopes, etc.).
- Safely load and unload trailers using material handling equipment, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked in designated locations.
- Follow safety protocols, including the use of wheel chocks during trailer loading and unloading.
- Coordinate dispatch activities with outside carriers.
- Partner with Customer Service to ensure shipping standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and other inventory management processes.
- Perform routine housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Cross-train in both LTL and small package shipping to provide flexible support based on daily operational needs.
  Qualifications & Skills:  
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 10+ years of experience in a consumables warehouse environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with common shipping documentation (e.g., BOL, packing lists).
- Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, with strong focus on safety practices.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
- Effective time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Professional, courteous demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Capable of working with a sense of urgency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  Physical Demands:  
- Continuous standing, lifting, and lowering of materials.
- Intermittent walking, bending, twisting, and use of hands/wrists.
- Occasional pushing, pulling, and crouching.
- Ability to carry up to 40lbs occasionally.
