About this role
This is a 2-year fixed-term role, covering a maternity leave period.
What you do
- Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and employees by advising on people decisions, employee relations and organizational design, while influencing business decisions through HR insights, analytics and workforce planning.
- Lead Talent Review, Compensation/ Calibration Cycles, Talent Dialogues and Succession Planning processes, drive performance management and support improvement actions where required.
- Partner with managers on recruitment strategy and hiring activities for the assigned population, while supporting employer branding initiatives, employee referrals and recruitment KPI monitoring.
- Identify development needs, contribute to annual learning plans, deliver managerial capability-building programs and promote talent development initiatives.
- Drive AES participation and action planning, monitor retention risks, implement engagement initiatives and foster Inclusive Meritocracy principles.
- Lead the people-related aspects of organizational changes and workforce transitions, including impact assessments, communication, consultation and change risk management.
- Analyze workforce trends, generate insights for leadership decision-making and monitor key HR indicators such as attrition, hiring, engagement, diversity and succession readiness.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience.
- Proven experience across Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting organizational transformation and workforce management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian Labour Law.
- Experience working within a matrix and international environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, coaching and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results independently.
