About Solis:

Solis focuses on serving simple, well-executed food with bold and uncompromising flavours. The menu is heavily influenced by Iberian and Latin American “Parilla” culture, where families and friends gather to grill meats and vegetables over open fires. Solis takes influence from both sides of The Atlantic – Spain, Portugal, Uruguay and Argentina.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a standout Host to be the face of Solis - Battersea Power Station. This is more than a front-of-house role! The successful candidate will be the spark that kicks off every guest’s experience. With your vibrant energy, magnetic personality, and natural flair for hospitality, you’ll create a buzzing, welcoming vibe from the moment guests walk through the door. In this role as a Host you will:

- Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs
- Manage seating arrangements with a dash of creativity and style
- Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
- Help coordinate special events and promotions, adding your unique touch
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!

We'd love to hear from you if you:

- Bring prior experience in a Host position greeting and seating guests
- Are outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic
- Have working experience of table booking systems like SevenRooms, OpenTable or Tripleseat
- Bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a passion for food and creating memorable experiences
- Bring an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bring previous experience in hospitality
- Have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
