We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to join our Central European team and help us grow the affiliate and partnerships channel across Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

This is a role for someone who is commercial, curious, confident with data and great with people. You will have real ownership of the affiliate programme, work with major partners across the region and make decisions based on one key question: how can we generate more incremental sales?

You don’t need to be an affiliate expert from day one. Previous affiliate marketing experience is a strong advantage, but we are equally interested in people with a solid background in performance marketing, digital marketing or account management who are ready to take ownership of a growing channe

You will be responsible for

- Develop and execute the affiliate and partnerships strategy across CE, aligned with business goals and the wider performance marketing strategy.
- Own the affiliate plan and budget, identify growth opportunities and ensure investment delivers strong incremental results.
- Identify, onboard and manage affiliate, network and strategic partners across Central Europe, building relationships and negotiating partnerships that support sustainable growth.
- Monitor performance, analyse results and work with Analytics and Data teams to understand incremental impact and guide investment decisions.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Analytics, Legal, Procurement and agency partners, using data and insights to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Coordinate campaigns, partner activations and onboarding and contracting processes, ensuring activity launches smoothly and delivers against agreed objectives.
- The role involves regular communication with partners across the region, including some of our largest partners. Some travel within Central Europe will also be required.

You will need

- University education
- Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing or account management - We are looking for someone who combines commercial thinking, digital expertise and strong relationship-building skills.
- A strong understanding of digital acquisition and performance marketing
- A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in driving sales and growth
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data, reporting and insights
- Experience building and managing relationships with partners, agencies, clients or networks
- The ability to turn data into a clear recommendation and confidently explain why an investment is worth making
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and bring different teams together
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent English, written and spoken, as you will work with colleagues and partners across Central Europe
- Affiliate experience is a plus, not a must. What matters most is that you are comfortable with numbers, commercially minded, proactive and confident working with people. You know how to build a relationship, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and find a way to move things forward.
