This role is ideal for someone who loves organization as much as creative design, understands garment construction (especially bras and intimates), and takes pride in making sure the team is always working from the most current information. You’ll be on the ground floor of a fast-paced DTC brand and get to work with a team of talented designers and tech designers making the most flattering product for small-chested women. Tech Pack Setup

- Build BOMs for new styles as part of tech pack setup
- Ensure every tech pack is complete and accurate, and submit it to the Designer for review and approval before handoff to Tech Design

Linesheet Management

- Maintain linesheets for seasons in active development, including style drops, new styles, and design edits
- Recolor CADs as colorways and assortments are finalized
- Keep linesheets current with vendor updates
- Partner with the Designer, who owns concept and ideation for future seasons; you'll own editing, updating, and maintaining linesheets once a season moves into development

Material Management & Standardization

- Support the consolidation and organization of materials across vendorsBuild and maintain Material Cheat Sheets and Libraries organized by category
- Help reduce material duplication, improve consistency across styles, and ease order minimum challenges
- Provide research and organization to support the Designer and Product Development teams , who make final decisions on nominated components and vendor consolidation

BOM Management

- Update BOMs with material and trim changes coming out of fittings
- Keep BOMs accurate and aligned with tech packs and linesheets

PLM Support

- Help organize and enter styles, materials, BOMs, colors, and other product information into PLM systems
- Make sure the PLM is populated consistently and accurately

Fitting Support

- Attend in-person/virtual fittings and take live notes
- Update tech packs during or immediately after fittings with changes to construction, measurements, and design details
- Update protoforms with fit changes the same day, so the team is always working from current information

Requirements

- Lives in the NYC Tri-State area with the ability to join in-person fittings at our NYC office up to 1X/week max
- 2–3 years of experience in apparel design or product development, ideally in intimates
- Working knowledge of bra construction and components (elastics, hook and eyes, strap hardware, cups, etc.)
- Experience building and maintaining tech packs and BOMs
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for CAD recoloring and linesheets, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with a PLM system (e.g., Centric, Backbone, Gerber/Lectra) is a plus, especially during implementation
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of organization
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a live setting, like taking notes and updating documents during fittings
- Clear communicator who's comfortable working independently and knowing when to escalate decisions
