Support Internal CAR
Support the team on analysing the Internal Scraps
Pick up and scrap rejected parts after QT evaluation
Support the Quality Process Leader in the internal PPM and scrap monitoring.
Create two or more Kaizen events to support continuous improvement (monthly)
Customer and Internal PPM target achievement
Reduce finish good during EPC control
Support the General Supervisor in the NPI activities and process/product homologation.
Support quality processes leading the containment of quality issue related to the shopfloor.
Train the operators on quality points
Perform the daily process/product Quality Audits and share results with the team
Ensure that critical issues are under control by daily checks.
Support communication between 3PL and HTT quality team when rejects are found during external selection
Update and monitor action plan related to process/product audit and critical quality issue results
Daily monitor activities on critical characteristics on SWA processes
Work to continually find solution to improve the daily job
Observes the obligations and duties resulting from the management systems in production, quality, HS&E areas and other external and internal standards and regulations
Observes work rules and internal HS&E guidelines in the current wording
