Oracle Developer - Mumbai
Qualification: B.E. (CS / Systems / IT) / BCA / MCA / MSc (IT) from recognized university with relevant experience in Oracle HRMS - Technical. (Optional: Oracle HRMS implementation)
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience of working in Oracle as Technical Consultant / Technical expert. Preferred with knowledge of working in HRMS Software (Oracle).
Reporting to: Director – SAP & Oracle HRMS
Roles and responsibility of Oracle Core Team member:
Knowledge of developing BI (Oracle Business Intelligence) and OTBI (Oracle transactional business Intelligence) Report.
Writing Oracle queries as per the requirement. Develop letters. Creation of alerts as and when required.
Setup of Legal Entity Address, Legal entity, Legal entity HCM Information, Enterprise HCM Information.
Absence Management Setup: Configure different types of leave and their elements. Configured different types of Accrual Plan.
HCM Workflow Approvals. Data Migration using (HDL). Knowledge of defect resolution and of fast formula and SQL queries.
Analysis & Creation of business models, logical specifications and detailed design solutions based on business requirements.
Technical bug fixing and configuration of production to test (P2T) copy.
Strong knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM Extracts, DFF (Descriptive Flex fields) configurations, Security Console, Oracle Enterprise Scheduler (ESS Scheduler), Monthly patch application.
