Job Description

- Collects, validates, and maintains data from internal and external sources to support feasibility and operational activities.
- Analyses clinical trial, site, investigator, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develops and maintains standard reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Supports feasibility assessments by providing data summaries, analyses, and insights related to study requirements, site performance, recruitment trends, and therapeutic areas.
- Collaborates with Operational Strategy, Clinical Operations, Business Development, and other functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely analyses.
- Performs data quality reviews and works to resolve data inconsistencies and gaps.
- Identifies opportunities to improve existing data collection, reporting, and analytical processes.
- Supports the evaluation and integration of new data sources, tools, and technologies.
- Maintains documentation related to data sources, methodologies, reporting processes, and best practices.
- Develops and updates reporting templates and analytical tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Provides ad hoc analyses and reports in support of departmental and organizational priorities.
- Monitors key operational and feasibility metrics and communicates findings to stakeholders.
- Supports process improvement initiatives by leveraging data to identify efficiencies and operational enhancements.
- Ensures compliance with applicable quality standards, policies, and data governance requirements.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, Business, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field required. Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
- Strong experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical operations, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience working with clinical trial, investigator, site, operational, or healthcare-related datasets.
- Demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting complex data from multiple sources.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Experience working within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related environment preferred.
- Experience supporting feasibility assessments, site selection activities, clinical operations, or operational planning preferred.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Knowledge of clinical development processes and clinical trial conduct is desirable.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or similar platforms preferred.
