Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (MSG Sports) is a leading professional sports company, with a collection of assets that includes the New York Knicks (NBA) and the New York Rangers (NHL), as well as two development league teams – the Westchester Knicks (NBAGL) and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL). Who are we hiring?

The 914 Squad interactive team reports directly to the Manager, Events Presentation. The 914 Squad assists with the execution of all Westchester Knicks Event Presentation elements including on-court contests, halftime performances, special presentations, and pre-game / post-game elements. Staff will also assist with special events and community appearances in and around White Plains, NY. This position reports to the Manager, Event Presentation.

What will you do?

- Entertain and energize crowds at Westchester Knicks home games.

- Engage with fans during promotions including on-court contests and group sales activations (Fan Tunnel, High Five Kids, Hudson’s Birthday Parties).

- Communicate directly with large groups of fans during Knicks home games.

- Work with other departments and entertainers on special performances and presentations.

- Represent the Westchester Knicks at special events and/or community appearances.

- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

- Enjoy entertaining in a family-oriented environment.

- Must be energetic and able to interact with large crowds, small groups and individuals, especially children.

- Must demonstrate strong personal skills – professional, prompt, presentable and respectful.

- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be available to work a minimum of 80% of Westchester Knicks home games.

- Previous leadership experience in the sports/ entertainment industry preferred.

Hourly Pay Range $25 — $25 USD
