We're looking for a Content & Communications Executive to join our B2B Marketing team and help tell the stories that showcase the impact of learning, leadership and workforce development.
Working across Marketing, Business Development, Product and Leadership teams, you'll create content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement and supports business growth. From thought leadership and customer stories to LinkedIn campaigns and sales enablement content, you'll help position Corndel as a trusted voice in the skills and professional development sector.

What you'll be doing
- Creating high-quality content across social media, email, website, campaign and digital marketing channels.
- Supporting the delivery of Corndel's content marketing and communications strategy.
- Developing thought leadership content that showcases the expertise of our people, partners and customers.
- Producing articles, case studies, customer stories, campaign assets, sales enablement materials and executive profiling content.
- Creating content that supports the full buyer journey, from brand awareness through to lead generation.
- Supporting PR, corporate communications and brand-building initiatives.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to turn complex topics into engaging content.
- Supporting integrated marketing campaigns that contribute to business growth and pipeline generation.
- Managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Exploring how AI and emerging technologies can enhance marketing effectiveness and content creation.
What we're looking for
This role is ideal for someone who has built their experience within an established in-house B2B marketing environment and understands how content supports wider marketing and commercial objectives.
You'll likely bring:
- Around 2-4 years' experience in an in-house B2B marketing, content marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
- Experience creating content that supports brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and business growth.
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating content across multiple digital channels.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working across Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership teams.
- A proactive mindset, sound judgement and a genuine curiosity about learning, marketing and business.
- An interest in AI, technology and innovation.
