We are seeking a Client Service Delivery Lead to play a key role in the continued growth of a strategic client relationship and our expanding Private Debt platform.
This leadership opportunity offers the chance to combine technical expertise, client partnership, team leadership, and strategic influence in a highly collaborative environment. In this role, you will:
- Lead the delivery and oversight of complex private debt fund structures across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor and senior relationship lead for key clients, building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for service enhancement and process improvement.
- Take ownership of the operational delivery of assigned client structures across fund administration and accounting services.
- Support, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Oversee accounting, reporting, investor servicing, and financial operations activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Review and oversee financial statements, investor reporting, and management reporting.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for clients, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead governance, regulatory, and management reporting processes.
- Partner closely with teams across Luxembourg, Ireland, and India to ensure effective service delivery, workload planning, and talent development.
- Support commercial initiatives, including client proposals, service reviews, and business development opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technology-enabled solutions across the business.
- Contribute to the growth and long-term success of one of Apex's key strategic client relationships.
We are interested in professionals who bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a collaborative mindset.
You may be a strong fit if you have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Significant experience within fund accounting, fund administration, or financial services.
- Experience working with Private Debt, Credit, Direct Lending, or alternative investment structures.
- Knowledge of Lux GAAP and US GAAP.
- Experience overseeing complex fund structures and client service delivery.
- An understanding of private debt fund operations, investor reporting, and fund lifecycle management.
- Experience reviewing financial statements and reporting for alternative investment vehicles.
- Leadership experience supporting and developing teams, ideally across multiple locations.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and delivering excellent client outcomes.
