are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly school team and contribute to the smooth and effective running of the school office.

About the candidate
* Previous experience in an administrative or school office environment.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
* Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and school administration systems.
* Ability to work accurately and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach, with a commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of pupils.
