Collegiate Partnerships Coordinator

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Travel Requirements: This position requires up to30% domestic travel.

Position Overview

The Collegiate Partnership Coordinator – College Sports will support the execution and day-to-day management of CELSIUS Holdings' collegiate sports partnership portfolio. This role will play an integral part in bringing partnerships to life across universities, conferences, media properties, athletes (NIL), agencies, and experiential platforms that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and retail growth.

Working closely with the Director of Sports Partnerships and cross-functional teams, the Collegiate Partnership Coordinator will help execute best-in-class marketing programs that support CELSIUS' college sports strategy, including media integrations, on-campus activations, retailer programs, hospitality, athlete partnerships, and fan engagement initiatives.

This role is responsible for making day-to-day operational decisions that ensure successful partnership execution, including managing timelines, coordinating logistics, tracking deliverables, and resolving routine executional issues.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, partnership marketing, experiential marketing, event management, or collegiate athletics.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience working with universities, conferences, agencies, media partners, or sports properties is preferred.
- Passion for college athletics and sports marketing required.
- Ability to travel to college sporting events, partner meetings, and activations, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Excellent relationship building and people skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day execution of CELSIUS' college sports partnerships by managing contractual assets, activation timelines, project trackers, and ensuring all partnership deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate on-campus activations, experiential events, hospitality programs, game-day logistics, and event operations to deliver best-in-class partner and consumer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Social, PR, Legal, Finance, and agency partners, to maximize the value and integration of college sports partnerships.
- Manage communications and operational support for university, conference, media, agency, and vendor relationships, including scheduling, product fulfillment, and activation coordination.
- Assist with partnership reporting, performance measurement, post-event recaps, and maintaining organized documentation, asset libraries, and partnership records.
- Support budget administration through purchase orders, invoice processing, expense tracking, and other departmental administrative responsibilities.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
