Litigation Attorney | Plaintiff Personal Injury (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Litigation Attorney to manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from filing through resolution. This role involves hands-on litigation, case investigation, motion practice, case strategy, client communication, and complex, high-value matters.

The ideal candidate has significant personal injury and trial experience, can effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines, and is comfortable collaborating with attorneys and legal support teams while independently advocating for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
- Conduct case investigations to establish liability and assess damages.
- Draft, file, and argue litigation documents, including discovery motions, law and motion, and oppositions to motions for summary judgment.
- Develop and execute case strategies with attorneys and legal professionals.
- Maintain consistent client communication throughout the litigation process.
- Handle complex and high-value litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal briefs, and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Qualifications

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in the applicable state.
- 3+ years of personal injury experience with a strong focus on trial work.
- Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict.
- Strong knowledge of applicable personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
- Proven ability to manage cases, advocate for clients, and achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Professional and able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
