Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2+ years of APP experience required
- Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or APP preferred
- Prior inpatient hospital experience preferred
- Current South Carolina NP or PA license required
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification required
- Oncology certification preferred (AOCNP®, AOCPA®, or equivalent)

About the Role
Lowcountry Oncology Associates is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its inpatient hematology and oncology team, helping advance the practice's mission of caring for every patient like family while bringing the highest quality, most compassionate cancer care to the Lowcountry. As part of a physician-owned practice that is actively shaping the future of cancer care in the Charleston market, you will serve as a key clinical partner across seven affiliated hospitals, working closely with Lowcountry Oncology Associates physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver exceptional inpatient oncology care. In this role, you will evaluate new consults, round on hospitalized patients, coordinate complex care plans, communicate clinical findings and recommendations to supervising physicians, and support discharge and transition planning to ensure continuity of care beyond the hospital stay. This opportunity is ideal for an APP who enjoys hospital-based medicine, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to play an integral role in a growing organization with four locations across the Lowcountry that is dedicated to improving the cancer care experience for patients and families throughout the region.
