Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Based on the People function selected or assigned—Employee Relations (ER), Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Acquisition (TA), HR Operations, or Program Management Office (PMO)—the intern will:

- Partner with relevant People team members and stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, and project requirements.
- Support projects and initiatives specific to the selected functional area.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to identify relevant industry trends, leading practices, tools, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of people programs, processes, frameworks, and solutions.
- Support day-to-day activities and deliverables within the selected function while gaining practical exposure to HR policies, processes, and practices.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, documentation, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communications, as applicable to the role.
- Support the rollout of new programs or initiatives, gather stakeholder feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other People functions and business teams to understand how different areas of HR work together to support the organization.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely and high-quality execution of projects and activities.

## Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- Strong academic record.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse and global teams.
