Housekeeper
The Hampton Inn – Grand Island, NE is currently accepting applications for Housekeepers to join our team! Housekeepers are responsible for providing clean, comfortable guest rooms while ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly and courteous service.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including changing bed and bath linens, removing trash and debris, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart to maximize efficiency.
- Assist with laundry as needed, including sorting, loading and unloading washers and dryers, folding, storing, and delivering linens to storage areas.
- Organize storage areas to maintain the quality of supplies and maximize efficiency.
- Follow all hotel safety and security procedures to help maintain a safe environment for employees and guests.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Position Requirements:
- Daytime hours are guaranteed.
- Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
- Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
