Johnson & Johnson is currently searching for 1 intern to join our Internship in the Operations Department at Latina Plant (Borgo San Michele) .

Activities
The Intern will be supporting and be trained on the following activities:
- Support the tool for measuring efficiency of production equipment (OEE – Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Help manage Production Key Performance Indicators.
- Support in monitoring the production rhythm wheels.
- Participation in monitoring the progress of the production plan.
- Facilitate daily meetings with different site teams (e.g. maintenance, planning, production, quality etc.).
- Identify areas of improvement on the shopfloor.
- Support the implementation of shopfloor improvement initiatives.
- Support supervisors with team communications on safety/quality issues, performance and new projects.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnology
- Good skills of ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in Italian language
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Good knowledge of Excel is considered as a plus)
As this position is posted in a country that is subject to EU transparency requirements, the Talent Acquisition Team will provide pay range.

The anticipated pay range and benefits for this position is:
950 Euro Monthly, 6 months
