Are you a fast-learning scientist passionate about pushing the boundaries of bioanalysis for antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs)? We are seeking a Postdoctoral Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will drive the development of high-sensitivity quantitative and qualitative methods for ASOs by leveraging microflow LC coupled with High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HRMS), systematically evaluate innovative sample preparation workflows, and contribute to the scientific community through peer-reviewed publications.

Responsibilities

- Method Development: Design and optimize robust quantitative and qualitative bioanalytical methods for ASOs using Waters microLC and MRT High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry.

- Sample Preparation Evaluation: Systematically evaluate and compare various extraction techniques, including Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE), Solid Phase Extraction (SPE), hybridization-based extraction, and spin columns.

- Matrix Management: Execute complex sample preparation and analysis across diverse biological matrices, specifically plasma, various tissues, and Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF).

- Data Analysis & Software: Perform advanced data processing and interpretation using the Waters Connect software suite.

- Scientific Communication: Author and submit at least one high-quality scientific paper for a peer-reviewed journal and present research findings at international scientific conferences (e.g., ASMS, EBF).

- Operational Excellence: Ensure meticulous documentation of experimental procedures and results in alignment with Servier’s internal quality and data integrity standards.

Profile

- PhD in Bioanalytical Science, Biotransformation, Metabolomics, or a related analytical chemistry field.

- Proven track record in biological sample preparation and mass spectrometry workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).

- Hands-on experience with Waters microLC and High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (MRT).

- Expertise in the Waters Connect software suite.

- Technical mastery of extraction techniques: LLE, SPE, hybridization, and spin columns.

- Experience handling complex matrices (plasma, tissue, CSF).

- Strong communication; excellent organization; scientific rigor; analytical thinking; cooperation mindset; high degree of autonomy.
