Role Overview

The Director, QA Automation   Support   provides strategic leadership for quality engineering and test automation capabilities across Digital Products & Engineering. This role is accountable for   establishing   scalable QA automation strategies that enable high-quality, secure, and resilient digital products while accelerating value delivery throughout the enterprise.

The Director partners with engineering, product, platform, data, and architecture leaders to embed quality engineering as a core capability of   Coca ‑ Cola’s   digital growth engine. The role shapes standards, drives modernization, and ensures quality practices support enterprise scale, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.

What You will do for us

- Define and lead the QA automation support strategy across product and engineering portfolios.

- Establish enterprise standards, governance models, and operating practices for quality engineering.

- Drive adoption of automation-first testing approaches that improve speed, reliability, and customer experience.

- Partner with engineering leaders to integrate quality practices throughout product development and   delivery   lifecycles.

- Advance AI-enabled quality engineering capabilities and intelligent automation opportunities.

- Measure and improve quality performance through enterprise metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement programs.

- Drive quality transformation initiatives that support product-centric and domain-based ways of working.

- Influence engineering investment priorities related to testing, automation platforms, and quality tooling.

- Build organizational capability through coaching, talent development, and community leadership.

- Collaborate across global teams to standardize quality practices while enabling business agility.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field;   Master’s   degree preferred.

- 8 + years of experience in software quality engineering, automation, and technology delivery environments.

- Significant experience   leading enterprise-scale QA automation programs.

- Proven success defining quality strategies supporting complex digital product ecosystems.

- Deep   expertise   in test automation frameworks, quality platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

- Expert-level analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adept at complex data interpretation and risk assessment.

- Experience influencing senior technology and business stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, digital platforms, and modern engineering methodologies.

- Demonstrated digital, data, and AI fluency relevant to enterprise technology transformation.

- Experience   establishing   governance, standards, and performance management frameworks.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational change capabilities.

Pay Range:
United States: 171,000 - 198,000 USD


Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
