What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate rail loadout equipment to load aggregate materials into railcars accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections and monitor equipment performance to ensure reliable operations.
- Coordinate railcar movement and loading activities with team members to meet production and shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate loadout records, reports, and inventory documentation.
- Support housekeeping, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and productive operation.

Physical Demands
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces while following established safety procedures.
- Ability to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Ability to maintain situational awareness and safely perform duties during extended periods of physical activity.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
- Successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
