Assists more senior buyers and performs a range of activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, suppliers, and services based on established quality standards, availability requirements and price constraints. University degree and 3 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
