What You'll Do
As a Day Shift RN/LPN, you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive attentive, safe, and compassionate care throughout the day.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized care plan.
- Monitor patients and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within your scope of practice.
- Communicate important updates with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Support and collaborate with the nursing team to provide quality patient care.
- Respond to patient needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee RN or LPN license
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassion for serving the geriatric population
