# Job Description Summary
The Clinical Education Project & Digital Programs Intern will support the execution, promotion, and optimization of GE HealthCare's Imaging Clinical Education digital learning ecosystem across all modalities. The role will contribute to the successful delivery of advanced educational solutions, including webinars, digital classrooms, immersion programs, and third-party educational partnerships, helping drive customer engagement, education utilization, and installed base retention.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and promotion of clinical webinars, digital classrooms, immersion programs, and strategic educational partnerships.
- Collaborate with Clinical Education Specialists (CES), the Operations Leader, and the Zone Education Manager to ensure efficient planning and execution of cutting-edge educational initiatives.
- Manage customer engagement activities, including digital promotion, participant outreach, registration tracking, and attendance monitoring.
- Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback, participation metrics, and business impact indicators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing customer adoption of digital education solutions and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or Master's student/recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, Digital Innovation, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Interest in digital transformation, customer engagement, healthcare education, and innovation.
- Strong digital mindset and passion for technology.
- Comfortable using digital collaboration tools and eager to explore emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence solutions, to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English and Italian
