Job Overview
This position is responsible for managing, analyzing, and validating member attribution data across health plans, accountable care organizations (ACOs), and value-based care programs. This role ensures accurate alignment of patients to providers, practices, and LCO's support quality performance, risk adjustment, care management, and financial reporting initiatives. This position works closely with payer partners, providers, clinical operations teams, and data analytics teams to monitor attribution methodologies, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights that improve population health outcomes and contract performance.
Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.
2. Five (5) years of health care experience including experience in: health plans, quality improvement, successful project management, managed care, pay for performance programs, HEDIS, and efficiency programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.

1. Analyzes healthcare member attribution files from commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid health plans.
2. Validates attribution methodologies and ensure accurate patient-to-provider assignments.
3. Monitors attribution trends, member movement, and panel size changes across provider networks.
4. Performs data quality control audits and reconcile attribution rosters with payer-provided files.
5. Develops reports and dashboards tracking attributed lives, provider performance, and population health metrics.
6. Collaborates with care management, quality, finance, and contracting teams to support value-based care programs.
7. Investigates attribution discrepancies and coordinate resolution with payers and internal stakeholders.
8. Supports annual and quarterly attribution of reconciliation processes.
9. Utilizes SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools to analyze large healthcare datasets.
10. Generates insights regarding patient leakage, provider alignment, network utilization, and member engagement.
11. Maintains documentation of attribution methodologies, business rules, and reporting processes.
12. Assists with forecasting and strategic planning related to attributed populations and risk contracts.

11. Significant proficiency in SQL, and Microsoft Office Programs, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Profile Summary
This role focuses on developing and implementing programs to establish, maintain, and improve patient quality care standards. In addition, this role focuses on performing the following Performance Improvement/Quality duties: Identifies and executes performance improvement and quality opportunities across the enterprise, enabling successful transformations and driving cost savings, process and product quality, and achievement of business goals. Responsibilities also include partnering with business leaders to provide expert insight on existing processes and procedures, applies process improvement methodologies to achieve PI/Quality objectives, and builds process improvement capabilities. A professional individual contributor role that may direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs. The majority of time is spent overseeing the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education. An experienced level role that applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Works independently with general supervision, problems faced are difficult but typically not complex, and may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Pay Range :
$72,371.94 - $90,464.92
