Entry Level Restoration Technician

ServiceMaster Restoration by Team Twins is hiring Entry Level Restoration Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. No experience is required. We provide paid training and opportunities to advance into Lead Technician, Crew Chief, and management positions.
Responsibilities
• Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other building materials
• Pack, move, clean, and organize customer belongings
• Follow company safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required
• Document job progress and communicate updates to supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses
• Support Lead Technicians and Crew Chiefs on restoration projects

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• No experience required. Paid training provided.

Physical Requirements
• Lift and carry up to 70 pounds regularly
• Stand, bend, squat, kneel, and crawl throughout the workday
• Work in damaged properties and active job sites
• Work in hot, cold, and humid conditions
• Ability to wear a respirator when required
