Hauptaufgaben

- Beurteilung des Reparaturpotenzials bestehender Aufzugsanlagen
- Aufnahme und technische Beurteilung notwendiger Reparaturarbeiten vor Ort
- Kalkulation, Erstellung und Verkauf von Reparaturofferten
- Einholen und Koordinieren von Offerten bei Drittlieferanten hinsichtlich Konditionen und Terminen
- Technische Beratung unserer Kunden sowie Führen von Verkaufs- und Preisverhandlungen
- Organisation interner und externer Materialbestellungen
- Planung und Koordination der Reparatureinsätze
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Serviceabteilung zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Unterstützung des Serviceleiters bei der Gewinnung von Reparaturaufträgen
- Bestimmung der benötigten Ersatzteile sowie Kalkulation der entsprechenden Reparaturarbeiten

Was wir von dir erwarten

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Elektroinstallateur, Elektromechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf und/oder eine verkaufsorientierte Aus- oder Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Aufzugsbranche, idealerweise kombiniert mit Erfahrung im technischen Verkauf ist von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften im Bereich Aufzugstechnik und Reparaturen
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Verkaufsorientierung sowie Freude an der technischen Beratung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerausweis Kategorie B
