What You'll Do

- Wet trim approximately 15-25 harvested cannabis plants daily

- Assist with dry trimming, de-sticking, bucking, and post-harvest processing

- Follow all NETA policies, procedures, and Massachusetts cannabis regulations

- Meet daily and weekly production goals established by department leadership

- Inspect plant material to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained

- Work collaboratively with a team of 8-16 Trim Technicians

- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

- Properly clean and sanitize tools and equipment

- Accurately complete assigned tasks with attention to detail and efficiency

- Support additional Harvest Department needs as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Must be 21 years of age or older

- High School Diploma or GED

- Valid government-issued photo identification

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Effective communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting

Preferred Qualifications

- Six (6) months or more of cannabis, agricultural, greenhouse, horticulture, nursery, or cultivation experience

- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment

- Passion for plant science and commercial cultivation

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout the workday

- Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including heat, humidity, and cooler temperatures

- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

- Ability to climb ladders and work safely around cultivation equipment

- Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to plant materials, pollen, dust, odors, fertilizers, and varying indoor climate conditions

- Working in a cultivation and production environment
