Job Title: Windows Engineering Manager
Location: Plano, TX or Reston, VA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Salary: $155,000–$209,000/year + 20% bonus

Job Summary
We are seeking a **Windows Engineering Manager** to lead a team of 8–10 engineers/technicians supporting enterprise Windows endpoints . The role will focus on Windows engineering, endpoint management, security, automation, and modernization.

Required Skills
* 6+ years of IT engineering experience and 5+ years of enterprise desktop/end-user computing experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with **Windows, SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft Intune**.
* Experience with **VDI** – Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
* Strong **PowerShell/Python scripting** and endpoint automation experience.
* Experience with **Windows 365, Autopilot, or Windows 10/11 migrations**.
* Experience managing **thousands of endpoints** in enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of endpoint security, patching, compliance, and troubleshooting.
* Proven team leadership and experience with enterprise testing, POCs, and vendor evaluations.
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred
* Financial services or other regulated industry experience.
* Vendor, budget, licensing, or contract management experience.
