Pella Corporation is seeking motivated undergraduate students for our Logistics Internship in Pella, Iowa.

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting transportation and logistics operations across Pella's business. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help improve processes, support operational initiatives, and contribute to projects that drive efficiency, service, and business results.

Interns are placed on a specific team based on business needs, educational background, and skills. Throughout the summer, interns gain practical experience, build professional networks, and develop skills that prepare them for future careers in logistics, operations, and supply chain management.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong academic standing
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with and influence others
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly
- Experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts from planning through execution preferred
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Interest in transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations
- Experience analyzing data and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Experience with project work through coursework, campus organizations, internships, or employment

Compensation: The starting pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour . Compensation for this role is established through Pella Corporation’s internship program. Eligible participants may receive transition assistance in accordance with company policies and program guidelines.
