Job Description:

What will you work on?

Spin Master is looking for a Digital Content Creator to make engaging content for our Monster Jam Kids YouTube channel. In this role, you will effectively be the lead video creator - the brains, the voice and the style - of Monster Jam toy content, overseeing the creation of live action and editorial videos for YouTube main and YouTube Shorts.

This is a full-time contract position.

How will you create impact?

- Write, shoot, edit and provide voiceover for 1 long-form video and 2+ shorts weekly.
- Collaborate with Creative Director on ideas, concepts, scripts, and programming schedule.
- Track trending tips, tricks, styles, techniques, formats, and subject matter to inform your creative and keep content fresh for new and existing audiences.
- Be proactive, experimental and nimble in trying new styles and formats.
- Cross-collaborate with partners to analyze content performance.

What are your skills and experience?

- Lead all aspects of video content creation. Strong creative ideation, writing, video production and editing skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results oriented environment.
- Equal parts independent self-starter and team collaborator. Comfortable creating autonomously.
- Experienced in analyzing YouTube data and metrics to inform creative content strategies.
- Strong understanding of the YouTube main and Shorts ecosystem.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite. Some motion graphics ability is essential.
- Huge plus if you have your own YouTube channel or have experience as the primary content creator for a YouTube channel.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $40 to $45 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
