What You'll Do
Under The Direction Of Professional RNs, Systematically And Continually Assesses The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; And Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.
Requirements
Eligible To Sit For Nursing Boards
Must Successfully Complete RN Residency.
Must Obtain A Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Registered Nurse License From A Compact State Within Ninety (90) Days After Graduation Or Thirty (30) Days After Passing The NCLEX Exam In A State Other Than Missouri. If Obtaining A Compact License It Must Be Held In The Registered Nurse's State Of Residence.
