Science Liaison Lead Oncology (all genders)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will serve as the MSL Medical Content Lead driving the development and implementation of a product modular content strategy
- You will coordinate the strategic planning of MSL team activities within TA and department incl. TL segmentation & targeted engagement of key experts
- You will be responsible for MSL Insights Consolidation, deduction of strategic measures and sharing cross-functionally within and between customer/product team
- You will lead the execution of projects, symposia, and scientific events in Oncology - from identifying relevant thought leaders to aligning scientific content and collaborating with global and regional teams e.g., by determining customer needs, identifying key TLs to invite, and reviewing content for presentation
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with Top Thought leaders in oncology
- You will act as a mentor and peer coach for MSL colleagues, fostering their development within the oncology landscape
- You will lead cross-functional initiatives, working groups, and committees with an oncology focus — both regionally and as part of global MSL steering activities

WHO YOU ARE

- You hold a University degree in natural sciences, pharmacology, or medicine (Master’s degree or higher preferred), ideally with experience or specialization in Oncology
- You bring several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within oncological therapeutic areas, ideally in Medical Liaison roles
- You have strong project management and leadership skills and are confident engaging with oncology stakeholders at all levels
- You have a proven track record of building long-term relationships with Thought Leaders and possess deep knowledge of strategic TL engagement
- You collaborate effectively with colleagues, scientists, physicians, cross-functional teams, and you have experience contributing to oncology projects
- You are adaptable, open to innovation, comfortable with modern IT systems, and able to navigate a dynamic market environment
- You are willing to travel and demonstrate strong time and project management capabilities
- You communicate fluently in English and German — both written and spoken
