Sr Product Integrity Analyst - Safety, Quality & Testing

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Senior Analyst, Product Integrity (Safety, Quality & Testing) is part of a dynamic Supply Chain team and serves as a critical subject matter expert responsible for managing product testing, and assessing safety and quality risks. This role plays a key part in protecting consumers and maintaining brand reputation. The position requires the ability to independently evaluate technical test data, identify emerging risks, and provide recommendations that support informed business decisions. This role reports to the Product Integrity Senior Manager, Testing and Compliance and is based in our Atlanta office.

40%: Product Testing

o Conduct daily assessments of incoming test data, including addressing any failed results, in coordination with internal stakeholders to make informed decisions for the brand/business. Communicate with all involved parties regarding the resolution and timing of corrective measures.

o Oversee the accuracy of third-party lab test program execution. Escalate issues to leadership and implement program updates with lab.

o Analyze testing trends, identify recurring failure patterns, and recommend proactive process improvements to reduce quality incidents and business exposure.

o Is the primary owner of testing program execution, ensuring testing protocols remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company risk management objectives.

40%: Product Safety & Quality

o Investigate product safety, quality, and compliance concerns; document findings, maintain tracking, and provide risk-based analysis and recommendations to leadership regarding issue severity, business impact, and mitigation strategies.

o Support quality and safety investigations and resolution of escalated customer concerns. Issue new test requests and update recommendations as needed to assess risk and exposure.

o Provide technical expertise for market driven innovation by identifying safety, and quality risks and recommend corrective actions.

20%: Product Integrity

o Partner with cross-functional partners as requested to review product designs, samples and specifications to identify potential safety, quality and compliance risks and possible preventive actions.

o Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in product testing and develop advanced knowledge in additional Product Integrity disciplines, including regulatory compliance, chemical management, labeling requirements, and product safety. Provide technical consultation and guidance to cross-functional business partners and leadership.

o Maintain and distribute internal testing policies and manuals.

o Communication with customers, suppliers/vendors, and all service providers as assigned and necessary.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF: Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in apparel product testing, safety, quality, and product integrity programs.

• Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and apply company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards while exercising sound judgment in risk-based decision-making.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, requirements to fabrics, trims, and garments.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases, reporting tools, and other data management software with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, laboratories, and external business partners.

• Experience conducting technical reviews, risk assessments, and investigations related to product safety, quality, compliance, and consumer products.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of children's product regulations, including testing, labeling, and safety requirements in domestic and international markets.

• Experience working with third-party testing laboratories and managing testing program execution.

• Knowledge of CPSIA, CPSC, ASTM, and other consumer product safety regulations and standards.

• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, or similar platforms.
