- Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to prioritize investments, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve customer, provider, and enterprise experiences.
- Establish clear execution frameworks, governance, and accountability mechanisms to ensure predictable delivery, operational resilience, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
- Champion the adoption and maturation of modern engineering practices and architectures, including API-first design, cloud-native platforms, event-driven architectures, infrastructure automation, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled software development capabilities.
Portfolio & Financial Planning:
- Serve as a key technology leader in portfolio planning, investment strategy, and annual budgeting processes across the Claims and Intelligence Solutions domain.
- Partner closely with finance, business, and operations leaders to develop compelling business cases, investment strategies, and value realization plans that align technology investments with enterprise priorities.
- Establish governance and performance frameworks to monitor financial performance, benefits realization, cost efficiency, and return on investment across the technology portfolio.
- Drive portfolio transparency and accountability through effective planning, forecasting, resource management, and executive reporting processes.
- Business & Operations Partnership:
- Serve as the senior technology partner to Claims Operations and business leadership, translating strategic business objectives into scalable technology solutions that align with enterprise priorities and long-term business outcomes.
- Foster strong partnerships across business and technology organizations to accelerate innovation, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business value through technology investments.
Required Qualifications:
