As an Analyst in Incentive Compensation, you work closely with the Product team to provide guidance and strategy to support the incentive calculation platform as our businesses grow and evolve their strategies and priorities. Job responsibilities
- Elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
- Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
- Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
- Assists in research and data collection
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in a relevant domain area or project management
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Understanding of basic analytics tools
- Strong understanding of JIRA
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Basic understanding of Incentive Compensation plan structure
- Experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role
- Strong documentation skills
