- $8,000 for non-license (tCADC/CADC)

- $10,000 for 1st or 2nd level license

Position Purpose: Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. Provide program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or commensurate experience and training.

- Minimum tCADC or achieve and maintain licensure as a LBSW, LMSW, tLMHC, or other state or national licensure that supersedes the tCADC within 90 days of hire or transfer.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Familiarity with electronic health record systems strongly preferred.

- Ability to accurately complete required documentation within prescribed time frames

- Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling

- Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff or community resources

- Self-starter with ability to work independently

- Ability to work within a team

Essential Responsibilities :

- Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.

- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.

- Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.

- Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.

- Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.

- Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.

- Facilitate access to local, community-based resources and recovery-supportive services to support clients across the continuum of care.

- Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined by licensure, TJC and Medicaid regulations.

- Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).

- Assume on-call responsibilities per schedule or when designated.

- Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.

- As assigned, performs CLIA-waived laboratory testing and related quality control activities in accordance with CLIA requirements, manufacturer instructions, infection control protocols, and organizational procedures.

- Be familiar with court proceedings and available to make court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients.

- Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.

- Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.

- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.

- Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.

- Assume other related responsibilities as delegated and assigned by management.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Based on education, experience and credentials

- Starting rate for Bachelors - $24.44 per hour

- Starting rate for Masters - $27.77 per hour

- Incentives:

Certification- tCADC/CADC/IADC-$1,500 annually

- Clinical License- LMSW, LISW, tLMHC, LMHC, LMFT- $1,800-$5,000 annually

Schedule:

- Monday through Friday

- 8:30AM-5:00PM
