Data & Management Reporting Assistant

📍 Guarulhos, SP | On-site

We are looking for an organized and analytical professional with an interest in data and reporting to support our Customer Care team through the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract and consolidate data from corporate systems, especially SAP.

- Update and maintain management dashboards and reports.

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Support managers in the preparation of reports and presentations.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

- Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes.

Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools

Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, or data analysis

SAP experience is a plus

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
