Property Maintenance - Oswego, NY
Maintenance Job Details:
• Full Time with 1 weekend day required - either Saturday or Sunday will be part of your weekly schedule.
• $18-$20 per hour with opportunity for growth
Performs the general maintenance repairs, apartment make ready, and preventive maintenance of daycare, apartment & restaurant business group. This includes but is not limited to the daily operations at the property in the areas of carpentry, painting, fencing and roofing repairs, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical as well as the performance of all routine and preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical integrity of the property and care for the apartment residents, daycare children, and restaurant guests.
Maintenance Job Requirements:
• Hardworking, motivated and efficient.
• Must have maintenance experience in a business setting with good attention to detail.
• Prefer candidate with a high energy level and customer service attitude.
• Reliable transportation required with valid NYS license.
