This is a field-based outside sales and project coordination role with paid training, uncapped commission, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.

No roofing experience is required. We’ll teach you the industry, the sales process, and how to manage residential roofing projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

- Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Conduct roof and property inspections
- Identify and document potential storm damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
- Coordinate roofing projects from inspection through completion
- Build customer relationships and generate referrals
- Deliver a strong customer experience

Paid Training & Support

You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced Heritage leaders to help you learn:

- Roofing and storm restoration
- Residential sales
- Roof inspections
- Insurance restoration processes
- Customer communication
- Project management
- Closing and follow-up
- Field production

We provide the training and support—you bring the work ethic and willingness to learn.

Who We’re Looking For

Roofing experience is not required .

Successful team members often come from backgrounds such as sales, military, athletics, hospitality, restaurants, retail, construction, automotive, fitness, and customer service.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
- Ability to work outdoors and climb residential roofs
- Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
