Position Summary:

The Events & Operations Staff seasonal position at the TRACK supports all aspects of facility operations, event execution, guest services, and facility readiness. Successful team members are dependable, customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to contribute wherever needed to ensure a positive experience for all guests and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event Operations Setup, breakdown, and facility conversions
- Crowd management and guest flow
- Event support and operational readiness

- Guest Services Welcome guests and participants
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer questions and resolve guest concerns

- Facility & Equipment Management Maintain organization of assets and equipment
- Report safety concerns and operational issues
- Support load-in/load-out procedures

- Concessions & Retail Operate POS systems
- Process transactions
- Maintain retail and concession areas

Qualifications:

Required:

- Strong attendance and reliability
- Customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred:

- Athletic, recreation, hospitality, or event experience
- POS experience
- Equipment handling experience

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to perform physical event setup and breakdown tasks throughout a shift

Position Details:

We are currently hiring team members who are available to work:

- Weekdays: Approximately 2:00 PM/3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Weekends: Between 6:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- Minimum commitment of 2–3  shifts per week

Shift start and end times may vary based on facility and event schedules. Evening and weekend availability is required.

The Track Only Pay Range: $15.70 - $19.65 - $23.60 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced “Work from Anywhere” (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
