The Poultry Vaccination Supervisor is accountable for all aspects of poultry vaccinations and will champion biosecurity and safety. This position must have the ability to embrace flexibility and be available to respond to operational emergencies.
Leadership is a critical part of this role. This position is responsible for the planning and execution of the entire spectrum of the vaccination process, from grades to moves, etc. As the leader, this role must be able to cultivate a positive team environment. The Poultry Vaccination Supervisor will need to periodically assume roles in the absence of teammates and embrace additional responsibilities and special projects as they arise.
