About the role
SEB Derivatives & ETF Sales is a market-leading Nordic cross-asset franchise. We help many of the region’s largest corporate and institutional investors access Nordic and global derivatives and ETF markets. With teams across the region, we are a first port of call for derivatives advisory, liquidity and execution. In this role, you will join the Derivatives & ETF Sales team, focusing on global derivatives and ETF markets. You will engage with institutional clients and proactively develop long-term relationships.
- Grow our franchise by deepening existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Drive the sales process by originating trade ideas and developing tailored transaction structures
- Execute institutional order flow across global derivatives and ETF markets, with a primary focus on fixed income / rates.
- Engage proactively with clients, providing timely market insights and communicating SEB’s views

This is an excellent opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team of specialists in global derivatives, ETFs, market structure and macro strategy. The role will suit a hands-on individual with a strong client focus and a can-do attitude. We also believe that you:
- Hold a relevant university degree in finance, economics, engineering or a related field
- Have experience working with futures & options, in particular fixed income
- Have quantitative skills, numerical sensitivity, together with programming skills would be considered a plus
- Are highly motivated, proactive and ambitious, with a genuine interest in financial markets and an ability to build strong relationships
- Are a strong team player who actively contributes to an inclusive and transparent working environment
