- Establish and manage operational rhythms, including business reviews, issue tracking, escalation processes, and field feedback mechanisms
- Develop business cases for operational changes by evaluating business impact, validating assumptions, gathering stakeholder input, and presenting clear recommendations
- Prioritize field requests based on business impact and enterprise priorities while escalating broader trade-offs when appropriate
- Represent the APAC Expansion field perspective during annual planning, segmentation, coverage model changes, and policy development
- Identify and synthesize insights from the APAC field that may have broader implications for Global Expansion programs and priorities
- Prepare operational insights and business context for leadership reviews, translating business performance and field feedback into clear, actionable narratives
- Proactively identify operational gaps and drive solutions before they materially impact field execution
- Ensure relevant field insights and business context are effectively communicated to Revenue Operations and other supporting organizations
Minimum Qualifications
