Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the design, development and implementation of business intelligence tools and solutions. As a member of the Enterprise Analytics team, the Business Intelligence Analyst collaborates and partners with operational and other data consumers across UofL Health to identify their complex business problems and provides actionable insights with the overarching goal of improving operational efficiencies. The Business Intelligence Analyst also works with cross-functional teams coordinating and facilitating Analytics work between Enterprise Analytics and data consumer teams, including those in executive or senior leadership roles.
Additional Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems or Computer Science (required)
- Master’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems or Computer Science (preferred)
Experience:
- One to four (1-4) years of experience in the development of reporting/analytics solutions using BI tools (required)
- Expertise gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical and user stories.
- Experience partnering with Financial, Clinical and Operational Leaders across the Health System to achieve positive, meaningful results within their respective areas.
