Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Client Software Distribution (CSD) Developer to lead the architecture, implementation, and enhancement of CSD / CSD 2.0 capabilities across enterprise environments. The role centers on automating end-to-end software packaging, catalog-driven provisioning, zero-touch reclamation, and lifecycle management for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints . The ideal candidate brings extensive technical expertise in orchestrating workflows between ServiceNow and endpoint management systems ( MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Tanium ), ensuring license-aware governance, compliance with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) frameworks, and high deployment reliability.

Key responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CSD / CSD 2.0 workflows to automate software packaging, scheduling, deployment, and removals via Service Catalog .

- Build and support integrations with MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and Tanium utilizing IntegrationHub , Service Graph Connectors , MID Server , and REST/SOAP APIs .

- Construct "zero-touch" automated reclamation logic, lease/expiration policies, and license entitlement validations in coordination with SAM Pro .

- Implement deployment automation with pre-install checks, dependency mapping, post-install verification, and automated retry/rollback mechanisms.

- Develop custom scripts, Flow Designer flows/subflows, Script Includes , Business Rules , and UI Policies .

- Maintain data accuracy in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) conforming to CSDM standards.

- Build reporting dashboards to monitor delivery status, compliance, and deployment health across the device fleet.
